Our Thanksgiving Weekend Sale and our appearance at a Christmas Market have gone far better than expected. The first full week of December we are out of stock on many of our most popular items for gifting. It is likely we will not be able replenish all of them before our Christmas shipping deadline.
Candles and Scented Home items
Our focus is to produce what few seasonal items we can first, then our most popular every day scents. Some scents may take longer to restock as we need to also order supplies to complete them all. Room Sprays will take at least 1 week as we await bottles to arrive. Melts are extremely constrained as we await our wax order to arrive.
Beard Care
Much of this line is readily available. Seasonal scents are limited, but still in stock. Beard Conditioner and select beard Shampoos are out of stock and may take up to 2 weeks to produce stock. Once produced, it takes at least 1 week for the product to rest to assure quality.
Skin Care and Lotions
Most lotions have light stock levels but should be sufficient for expected sales. This category is assigned a lower priority as we focus on more popular items.
Soaps
Bar soaps will not return to standard stock levels until after New Years. A key ingredient is not available from our supplier at this time. Foaming Face Wash will be in production this week and potentially available by the end of the week. Other foaming soap products will be on hold until after January as we look into the continued viability of this product. Liquid Soaps will remain in limited quantities as we work through Shower Gel and migrate to the new Head 2 Toe formula.
Online Inventory Errors
Due to a bug in our Point of Sale system, items are showing as being available that are sold out or otherwise not accurate. It will take us a couple days to validate counts and make sure what is sold out does not show being available. This has created a huge headache for us as it takes constant management of each item’s online availability. Select items have been changed to POS only to avoid online customer disappoints. It is important to us for our customers to be able to trust that what we say is in stock online is accurate. We are working hard to update and correct issues as we find them.
